**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF SIX MONTHS TO FIVE YEARS IN ISLINGTON, HARINGEY, HACKNEY [AND SURROUNDING AREAS] BY:(A)  OFFERING APPROPRIATE PLAY AND LEARNING FACILITIES AND TRAINING COURSES, TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT OF PARENTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND TO BECOME INVOLVED IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE NURSERY, ENSURING THAT SUCH FACILITIES OFFER OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL CHILDREN WHATEVER THEIR RACE, CULTURE, RELIGION, MEANS OR ABILITY; AND(B)  ENCOURAGING THE STUDY OF THE NEEDS OF SUCH CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES AND PROMOTING PUBLIC INTEREST IN AND RECOGNITION OF SUCH NEEDS IN THE LOCAL AREAS.

**Activities:** Bowlers provides a safe, secure and stimulating environment for 29 children aged 0-5 years. They participate in a wide variety of play, enabling them to develop the skills needed to become more independent, with a positive self image and an understanding of others. Parents have an active involvement in the running of the nursery which is open 48 weeks of the year, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
