**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL POPULATION OF TREVETHIN, ST CADOC'S, PENYGARN AND THE WIDER NEIGHBOURHOOD, IN THE COUNTY OF TORFAEN ("THE INHABITANTS") AS THE ORGANISATION AND MANAGEMENT TEAM SEE FIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING BY:(A)  ADVANCING PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE ARTS (IN ALL THEIR FORMS) INCLUDING THE ARRANGEMENT, CREATION AND PROMOTION OF FESTIVALS AND OTHER ARTISTIC EVENTS; AND (B)  PROMOTING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID INHABITANTS THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BE REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** TFC arranges, creates and promotes Festivals and events, artistc, musical, cultural and craft workshops and groups to be continually developing resource for the Community and the wider Valley neighbourhood in the County Borough of Torfaen in South Wales. Our team are all volunteers.
