**Objects:** 1.  TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF STREET CHILDREN WORLDWIDE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS OF AGE BY PROVIDING FOOD, CLOTHING, ACCOMMODATION AND MEDICAL ATTENTION AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.   2.  TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF STREET CHILDREN WORLDWIDE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO ENABLE THEM TO ATTEND LOCAL SCHOOLS AND SUBSEQUENTLY RECEIVE VOCATIONAL TRAINING,

**Activities:** We raise funds for street kids projects and are currently funding outreach to street kids and three kids homes in Guatemala and Honduras.
