**Objects:** FOR EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES, INCLUDING (1) THE CREATION AND PERPETUAL CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF A MEMORIAL GARDEN TO HONOUR THE MEMORY OF BRITISH AND COMMONWEALTH SUBJECTS WHO HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES IN TRAGIC CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE TERRORISTS ATTACK IN NEW YORK CITY ON SEPTEMBER 11, 2001, AND (2) PROVIDING HELP AND SUPPORT TO THE FAMILIES OF BRITISH AND COMMONWEALTH VICTIMS OF TERROR AND WAR.

**Activities:** 1. To assist in creating and maintaining a Garden in Hanover Square in New York as a memorial to the British subjects who lost their lives in the attacks on the World Trade Centre on 11th September 2001.2. To provide help and support to the families of the British and Commonwealth victims affected by further situations of terrorism and war.
