Objectives and Activities

The objectives of the church are to advance Christian faith and develop the spiritual needs of members of the community. These objectives are achieved by holding church services on Fridays and Sundays and holding revivals and special programmes. We also undertake evangelistic activities including distributing evangelistic materials and going on radios to preach the gospel.

We have considered the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit.

Achievements and Performance

During the year, we were able to welcome 8 families in our church. The church also rented a stall to display evangelistic materials in the local market. We also continued our radio evangelism and donated some cash to the needy

Financial Review

Total receipts on unrestricted funds were £49,917. At year's end, there were no outstanding liabilities.

The net result for the year was an excess of receipts over payments of £6,932. The cash balances carried forward on 31[st] March 2025 were £8,947.

The church does not have a policy on holding reserves.

The governing document of the church is a constitution dated 01/07/2015. The church is an association and trustees are appointed at church members’ meetings.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended DD / MM / YYYY .

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
