Governing document The Trust was constituted under a Trust Deed dated 25[th] February 2004. 

New Trustees Recommendations for new Trustees are brought to the meeting of Trustees and new Trustees are appointed under the powers and rules established within the Trust deed. 

Financial Review 

Details of the Trust’s financial state of affairs can be found in the Trusts Annual accounts. There were no reserves held for specific future expenditure. Funds:- There were no funds held as Custodian trustee on behalf of others. 

## **Objectives and Activities Achievements and Performance** 

The objects of the Charity are to :- 

- (a) Advance the Christian Religion in the Charity’s operational area and elsewhere 

- (b) To further the education (including physical and social training) of Young People resident in or attending schools in the charity’s operational area and elsewhere 

- (c) The relief of need and sickness and distress caused thereby of people resident in the Charity’s operational area and elsewhere. 

The main activity and achievement during the year has been to help to fund two full time youth and children’s workers for Duffield and Little Eaton.
