- All Stars  and Dynamos Programmes successfully delivered again 

- School engagement completed again 

- 2 x teams in Youth cricket League 

- Continued integration into Senior Teams of Junior players, as part of Player Pathway policy 

- Delivered a winter training 

programme 



## Seniors 


- Position in Premier League maintained by 1[st] X1 

- Mid table position achieved for 2[nd] X1 in Division 2 

- 5 League games won in Premier Division 

- 3 league games won in Division 2 

- Qualified for County T20 Finals day 



## Pro – Sachin Jayawardena 


- Sachin returned for 2022, and whilst not achieving all aims with his batting, he delivered in all other areas. Bowling, heavy involvement with the Junior Section and his general attitude, and his commitment to HCC 

- • We wish him the best of luck on his new contract for 2023 with Walsden CC

- Membership – A strategy required to establish what members are not renewing their subscriptions and why. 

- Research selling electric from solar panels back into the grid. 

- Secure Funding to improve long term club sustainability, with club access and environmental issues and clubhouse structure as key areas of focus.
