Trustees of the ¢ompany The trustees during the year were as follows.. K Howick {resigned 15 July 2025} B Sullivan (appointed 9 June 2025 & resigned 15 Juty 20251 P Finnegan lappoinled 9 June 20251 L Beaton lappoinled 14 June 20251 M Strasburger lappoinled 1 July 20251 R Flanagan {appoinled 1 July 20251 Objectlve$ and Activitios We are a group of parents working together lo help build the fantastic Sl Teresa's Catholic Academy community and al the same time raise as much money as possible for the school, all the while providing fun for everyone with events and activities throughout the academic year. We are an integral part of the school community and work tirelessly lo support all areas of the school and are inclusive of everyone. Over the past years, we have successfully delivered some fantastic projects. we helped to fund the purchase of the convent land and build the pirate ship, provided a new lighting system in the school hall, helped to fund the building of two new playground trim trails, helped purchase the beloved school minibus and we help our children's day-lo-day development In the classroom with smaller projects like the provision of new IT equipment Our fundraising is supported by a busy programme of events. In the year ended 31 August 2025, we ran seven very successful events. as well as providing refreshments al key school run events such as Sports Day and Midsurnmer Music. Summary of a¢hievements We kicked off the school year with our Family Fun Night, designed to welcome all new families to the school and build the school community, successfully raising over £1,500. In DeMber. the outing lo a local pantomime was very well received and we finished the term with the annual Christmas fair. In the Spring term, the school discos, the most popular event with the children, mised over £500 and we were again able to give something back to the school cornmunity by funding the annual Easter Egg hunt. The Colour Run hosted in May, raised over £4,000 for the school for very much needed new computing equipment- this wa5 a very well attended event and great fun for the children. Other Summer term events included Family Bingo night and the Summer Fair. Flnantial Review In the year ended 31 August 2025, the charity had income in excess of £25.000, which was as a result of the very successful Colour Run. After expenses, the charity made £16,198 for the benefit of the school community. Cash lolal at the end of the year was £33,347 in unrestricted funds. This wll be used in the following financial year for the benefit of the school community and the charity will operate with sufficient Cash lo cover event expenses.
