1.Currently raising funds to keep the respite care flats in the Wirksworth Care Centre for the Elderly in operation.2.To provide equipment for the use of the residents of the care centre.3.To raise funds for the benefit and well being of the care centre residents.

Objects: The Company Is Established For The Purposes Of Carrying Out Such Of The Following Purposes As Are Charitable:3.1 Establishment, Maintenance And Support For The Aged And/or Infirm Of3.1.1 Out-Patients Occasional Medical And Surgical Aid And Other Care3.1.2 Short Stay Residential Accommodation For Their Convalescence And/or To Enable Respite Respecting Holiday, Illness Or Other Exigency Of Regular Carers.3.1.3 In-Patient Continuous Treatment And Residential Accommodation3.2 To Further Assist Such Persons By The Provision Of Accommodation For The Families Of Those Attending The Centre, Provided The Trustees Retain The Right To Apply Such Reasonable Charges (If Any) As They Think Fit.
