Achi•vements and perf0mnce The Covid pandemic disrupted many of our plans for 2020. tmll we were able to quickly and effeclivety move all our ministry functions online and have seen all aspects of discipleship continue lo function and even flourish through the various online plaffomis we have utilised. Specthcalty, this year.. 'Unhindered" was 8 significant word for us during all the chaltenges that the Covid lockdown brought. While Covid forced unprecedented changes to Ihe way we were able to deliver ministry. we thankfully discovered that our mission was crystal clear. and while Our Mel)dS changed. the missM)n remained exaclty the same and continued 'unhindered'. We pivoted to tske all OLhr Sunday services. Fdlow Courses, Connect Groups elc online, and simpty kept "making disciples and making a drfference". The fruit and growth during this lime has been very encouraging. with an inerease over virtualty all our key metrics. Ouring the pandemie we foeussed on supkK)rting some key servKe providers h'ke the Fwdbank, as well as families and indNMluals who were struggling financiawy during these difficull times.

In partnership with our Europe Every Nation churches. we saw some $ignrfJcant chur¢h planting aetivty. with new work$ started fft Lisbon. Glasgow, Zagreb and Cyprus. In the Wesl Kensington Congregatn. we were able to secure a thrt48rm licence to occupy the building at 9 Beaumont Avenue where we had previously been renting space from the Fulham Boys School. This allowed us lo start onwte service in a very strong way and has resulted in signifant new mornenlum. We only have ten-week notice period for this aangernent but are makj.ng pro15 to extend this through a new lease. Looking back over this Covhl year we are very encouraged by the abifity we f1nd to adapt to changing circumstances wilhoul losing missional momentum. We Ive continued to experience growth across many areas. and we are confident that the mission wil be able to continue unhirKJered in the nexl season. whatever challenges it may hold. Financial review The Ministry is entirety dependent on the freewill giwng of the members of the congregation. We received some restricted ftjnding specifically for our European ministy frcrfn a trust fund and continue to look for further partnerships specifically for this aspect of our ministry. Gross income remained relalivefy the same compared lo the preVuS year. aThJ we ended the financial year with £354,772 surplus overall. Dunng this financial year all our Congregations not need lo pay for Sunday venue rentsl, which reduced these costs signrficandy. We continued to ensure that we were operating on a tight budget wrth regards lo overheads and ended the year on dgeL Across the tM)ard expenditure was generally similar to the prèvious year. Allocation of ineome Our general guidelines for givlng allocalion from gross church this year were as follows: 10% of gross church income is set aside for SUPPOTting the greater Every NalFon vision. ha IS°hl of which is used for regional European aposldic ministy, arKI hair for the intemat#)nal apostolic ministry. all of which is in alignment with our stated objectives. The Direclors confim that the activities of both the Every Nation European and Inlernational ministry that we sUpFrt with these monies are fijlly in line with the stsled objectives of our charity. Grant making policy Every Nation supports new churth plants in Europe wthich are being planted by Every Nation churches in Europe. The amounts and lengths of suptM)rt are decided by the trustees based on infomiation provided by the churches. We do this because of our convich.on that planting new churche5 one of the most effective ways of advancing the objectives of our charrty in the gre8ter European context.
