APKM(UK) TRUSTEES, REPORT FOR 2025-2026

The Trustees report on activity in the year 2025-2026. We have continued to
expand our sections in Coventry, Nottingham and Peterborough.
As in previous years, members participated in the annual pilgrimage in May, to
Lourdes, France. A large group of 58 members from the above, also including 4
participants from Manchester was able to take part this year. As every year,
planning is now under way for the next pilgrimage in 2027.
The Association's annual June church service in Balham was held in the church,
again with participants from Coventry, Nottingham and Peterborough.
Our annual carol concert in December 2025 was once again held in St
Clement Dane's church on the Strand in central London and was the
13" annual concert held physically. We were honoured by the presence of
many British guests and some guests who had come from Poland. Plans are
well under way for the next concert in December 2026.
Members also continued to raise funds through contacts and through personal
lobbying. Total APKM UK revenue for the year ending 31 March 2026 was
£26,678.29. Total expenditure for the year was £43,023.23. Donations
for the UK Support were £11,662.760. Further details are specified in the
financial report.
Visits to the St Kolbe Polish retirement home unfortunately remain suspended.
Afternoon teas for the elderly have been restarted in the library in Balham.
The cadets were present at services in the Association's conventual church in
Balham; we express thanks to them and their parents and organisers, as also to
our Volunteers, for their continuing support this year. We continue
to participate in the work of the soup kitchen organised by the British
Association of the Order of Malta in South London.
Our total current assets in the bank were £87,646.61, so the
Trustees remain of the opinion that APKM (UK) is in a financial situation well
able to continue and expand our charity work in the future.

Report of Honorary Financlal Examiner
I have reviewed the accounts of the APKM (UK) for the year ended
March 31tst
2026 and have agreed the transactions total to the
movement in the Bank Accounts for the year.
I have found that the trading figures produced appear to be in line with
the previous year's figures and no other material increases in costs or
reductions in income are apparent, thereby leaving me with the opinion,
that the records have been well maintained, and that the Profit and Loss
account and Balance Sheet are reasonably accurate.
