**Activities:** The Chase Community Friends (known as CCF) offers a monthly day event which includes catering and entertainment for people within the Chase Community area.  Transport is provided for people within the Chase Community area to enable appointments to local hospitals, the surgery, dentist and also for the collection of prescriptions.
