**Objects:** (I)  TO PROVIDE FOR THE RELIEF OF THE ELDERLY, SICK DISABLED OR THOSE IN NEED IN THE VILLAGES OF FELMERSHAM AND RADWELL AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) BY THE PROVISION OF DOMESTIC SUPPORT, THESE ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT IN CO-OPERATION WITH THE RELEVANT LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, HEALTH SERVICE PROVIDERS AND ANY INDIVIDUAL WITH A  VIEW TO PROMOTING AND STRENGTHENING A COMMUNITY SPIRIT WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.(II)  TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, AGE OR OF POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINIONS BY WORKING TOGETHER WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION AND INDIVIDUALS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE ARE OF BENEFIT.
