I report on the accounts of the Tn￿l for the year ended 31 December 2022 which are
set out on pages 4 to 9.
Respective Responsibilities of Trnstees and Examiner
The charity's t￿￿ are resFK)nsibl¢ for the pr¢paration of the accounts. The
charity's Irustees consider that an audit is not required for this year and that an
independent examinthon is needed.
It is my resFK)Dsibility to:
examine the accounts (under se¢tion 145 of the 2011 Act):
follow the proc¢dures laid down in the General Dir¢ctions given by the Charity
Commission¢rs (under section 145 (9) of the 2011 Act.
stste whether partiCU￿r matters have Come ts) my attention.
Basis of Independent ExamlDer'J StslemeDt
My examination was carritsl out in accordance with the General Directions given by
th¢ Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the ac¢ountin8
records kept by the charity and a comparison of the aCCOUDts presented with those
records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosuT¢S in the
accounts, seeking explanations from you as trustees concemin8 any such matters.
The procedures undertsken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in
an audit, and Consequently, I do not express an audit opinion on the VI￿ given by the
accounts.
IndepeDdent Examln¢r*8 StstemeDts
In ¢onnection with my ¢xaminatiofy no matter bas com¢ to my attention:
. which gives me reasonable cause to klieve that in any material respect the
requir¢ments
to keep a￿llnting records in accordanL% with section 130 of the 2011 Act. and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accountirtg records and to comply with
the accounting requirements of the 2011 Act have not been met. or
