During the year w¢ accommodated Greek dancing and cultural events and drama
through the Supplementsry Greek School for Derby and Nottillgh￿. Th¢ charity
supports the operation of the two Greek Schools by pTh)viding facilities such as
making available the Conununity Hall for school events for dram& festivities for
Christmas celebrations and FASter. &8 well &8 for t￿hing.
Th¢ reli¢f of the elderly, sick and disabled m¢mbers of the GT¢ek Community in
particular through the supporL financial or otherwise. of activities as lunch
¢lubs:
The Charity made available during the year, the Community Hall, on a regular basis
for communal meetings of th¢ elderly whwt te4 coffee, cakes etc were provided.
The charity SUPPOrted through the auxiliary society -Philoptr)xos"
the help and supwrt for thc elderly and the sick memkr of our community.

To provide or a&8ist in the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time
occupation in th¢ interest of social welfare with the object of improving the
conditiODS of life of the said beneficiaries, in porticular but not eXcI￿81VelY. the
young¢r and older members of the community.
The Community Hall is always rn￿e available for community events promoting the
objectives of th¢ charity, for religious, educational, cultural and ¢haritsble purposes.
and we have improved the f&ilities for the youn8¢r and eldcr members of th¢
community.

All assets of the charity are held by the trustees in trust for the ch￿llty.
