**Objects:** TO RELIEVE AND CARE FOR THE BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED IN THE BOROUGH OF HASTINGS AND THE DISTRICT OF ROTHER AND THOSE LABOURING UNDER SOME TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT VISUAL DISABILITY AND HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE BLIND"

**Activities:** The Association's principle activities are providing a residential care home at Healey House, day clubs at the John Taplin Centre and Bexhill, together with the provision of advice, information and support to visually impaired people of all ages living in the Hastings Borough and Rother District areas. The Charity also provides low vision support services for East Sussex County Council.
