**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM WITHIN THE COUNTY OF SHROPSHIRE TO RELIEVE, EDUCATE AND SUPPORT PERSONS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR COLLECTIVELY, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL DETERMINE.

**Activities:** Trustees will award grants of money (or pay for services, support or goods) to allow people with a learning disability and/or learning difficulties to fulfil their dreams or aspirations and to improve the quality of their lives either individually or collectively.  Individual beneficiaries must be resident in Shropshire.
