Contingent and future liabilities are not included, except where mentioned below by narrative note. - 1.2 Assets are shown at their value at the balance sheet date. ## **2 Income Tax (IT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Inheritance Tax (IHT)** - 2.1 The trust, as a charity, is exempt from IT and CGT on its investment income and capital gains.
