The Management Committee has condueted a review oflh8 rnajor risks to which the charity is exposed to and continues to monitor thls tsn an ongoing basis. Where appropriate, systems or prOdureS have been established to mitigate the risks the chartty faces. InteTnal control risks are mlnlmised by the irnplementation of procedures for authorisation of all transactlons and projeots. Procedures are in place to ensure cornpliance with health and safely of staff, volunteers, elients and visit015 to Ihe cantre. As part ol our plans for the future, we hopo lo continue lo be able to suppoTrrt chbldren and young people in and around London, by delivering projects, eduoational programmes, and support to children, youth and laTllilies.
