**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN MERSEYSIDE AND ITS SURROUNDING BOROUGHS (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) AND IN PARTICULAR WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING OF THE REFUGEES FROM AFRICAN, SWAHILI AND FRENCH-SPEAKING COUNTRIES BY   A)   ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID PEOPLE AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION  AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID COMMUNITY   B)  RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT WITHIN THE ABOVE COMMUNITY AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT.

**Activities:** We support orphaned, vulnerable, most severely disabled children and people who are socially and economically deprived, by the mean of meetings to identify and discuss key common issues in the fight against poverty, isolation, diseases and developments in communities, allowing an open discussion among governments  , civil society, donors, International organisations and multinationals.
