**Objects:** WITH THE OBJECT OF REGENERATING THE AREA OF SOUTH WEST TORFAEN, THE TRUSTEES WILL UNDERTAKE ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:1. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY BY HELPING TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THOSE ON LOW INCOME;2. THE MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT AND PROVISION OF PUBLIC AMENITIES;3.
