Our Work Programme removes barriers lo employment fa￿d by adults leaming di5abililie5 by providing
employmenl support to those waniing to work or volunteer. A$ a result ol the programme. approx. 122 of the
people we support undertake paid or volunlary placements either wthin Style Acre or with local companies. Our
gaTden project at Wantage Marf¢et Garden has continued to offer opportunth'es 1.1 and group activits'es lor
the people we support wothing alongs¢de olher community groups.

Caterin9 has expanded from Ihe Tea Room in Blevknury to now offer external catering,. Ihe Retail offering has

Our WaYs-l￿wenness projecl ha8 continued to go ffom strength to strength during the year %*ith many new
opportunities and aclivib'es being offered. We encourage the people we empby and the people we support to

The activities offered as part of the Wayg-to-wellness programme have Continued to grow during the year and

Our mental health programme has conb'nued lo deliver mental health awareness training and we now have 31
Wellbeing Buddies across all ol our seryices are Irained in menlal health fir$l aid. We have also continued
to work in partnerships bvilh several Ihird partie5 OTganisalion5 to create furthef opportunities to enhance health
and happiness of the people w￿ support.
Several fijndraising evènts have been held during year including a fundrnising summer soire•, Stoe Acre's
Got Talent. Rock-and-Roil Bingo. and ouw annual Santa Dash. We have also fundraised 81 a number of
community events and been supported by a number of organi5ations in Dur community. The people we support
and our supporters look part in Ihe Superhero Tnalhlon, ran the Blenheirn 7K, and the Oxford Half Marathon lo
ralse lunds for the Charity.

Any adult with a leamtng disability andlor autism can be supportèd by Style Acrè. We support adults vkno also
have other conditions in additson to iheir leaining disatiililies. Th¢se include sensory irnpairmenl, dementia, and
other menlal health issues. Access to our ser¥ices is via a local aulhority social worker. Gare manager referral.
or a direct referral fr￿fi ihe individual or their family.

Structure and Managemont
Style AGfe is run by a Board of Tw$t¢￿. are responsible for the strategic direclion ol the chwity. They
employ a Chief Exe(xrtive, Ntho, together vath Ihe Operations Director and Finance Diraclor, i• rniponsible for
dell¥ering Ihe oblecls of the charlty.
New Trustees are appoinled by the 8oafd and all Truslee$ musl be at least 18 years ol age and capable ol
managing his or her own aftairs. Each Trustee shall oller his or her res￿nation to the charity on the expiry of
Ihree years Irom the date of their appointment stalin9 that he Of she wishes to retire or Gontinue for a lurlher
peimxl of 3 years. AJI Trustees are required lo have a Disdosure and Barring Sgp4ice IDBS) check and a
protection of vulnef•ble adults check on appoints￿ent and then every 3 years.
The Tw5tees have a wide range of skills pertinent to the chafrty. In addilion. Trustees are assigned as 8oard
"Leads" on specific issues (such as safeguarding) to ¢n$ure adequate Board over-sight on these crilical issues.
This also allows for coaching and mentoring support to managers. Trustees are able lo enhance their
knoYAedge of the charity through this front-line experience.
All Trugteeg give thelf liffle voluntarily and expenses may be paid. No expenses were paid duiing the year
ended 31 March 2025 (2024.. £nil).
The Board meets on a iegular basis, cuffently four times annualty Véilh a separate strategi¢ re¥￿¥ meeting. At
each regular meeting. the Chief Executive presenls lo the Board an overall report on our K)rk. The 8oard also
receives management accounts and analysis frorn Ihe Finance Director lo enable them lo monitor our financial

Ihe people we support. and from Ihe Chair ol Twslees. coverin9 governance. ar¢ also provided to Ihesg

The Board also approve Ihe charilys annual financial budget In advance ol each financial year.
The Board of Trustees review annualty the Articles ol Association and our aims and objectives. We assess our
effeckn'veness and achievements through an ar￿Ual appraisal process vthiGh informs our dectsions on vthich
activrties must continue and what else we could do to enhance the lives of people we support. The Chief

The Charity is considered 10 pass Ihe lesls set out In Paragraph 1 Schedule 6 of ihe Frnance Act

Accordingly. the Charity is potentialty exernpt from laxalion in re$ped of income or capilal gains
ieceived ￿1th1n calegories covered by Chapter 3 Part 11 of the Corporation Tax A¢1 2010 or Se¢lion
256 of the Taxats'on of Chargeable Gain5 Acl 1992. to the extenl Ihat such in¢ome or gains are

to the charrty in the evenl ol the SABRe building being disposed ol or if rt ceases to be used to further Ihe
chantsble oblectives ol the chanty.
The Truslees have provided the Directors of Style Acre Trading Limrted wlth a ¢ommilment thai the
charity will meel the continuing operating costs of the subsidiary for a period of at least 12 months Irom
the date of signing the financial statements. and ￿111 ensure that its liabilib'e5 and Obligats'￿s lo all Pa￿"e5
