**Objects:** 4.1 The Charity’s objects (“the Objects”) are:4.1.1 the support of persons affected by learning disabilities and autism by such means as the Trustees see fit from time to time including but not limited to the foregoing:(a) the provision of care and assistance to such persons in their own homes or in sheltered or other accommodation in particular but not exclusively those who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped or infirm;(b) the provision of financial assistance to such persons who are in conditions of financial need, hardship or distress; and(c) the support of such persons by empowering them to make choices in their style of living and to access facilities in the community.4.1.2 the advancement of public education by:(a) raising public awareness and understanding of learning disabilities and autism; and(b) promoting and supporting research into the causes of learning disabilities and autism, their needs, and the support of such people (and the publication of the useful results of the same).

**Activities:** The charity supports adults with learning disabilities and associated disabilities including autism, sensory impairment and mental health problems. We provide support to enable people to live in their own homes and also provide a Day Opportunities service and volunteering project to support people to access leisure, education and work.
