RAMDA dellvers a dedicated Advlce, Informatlon and Guldance servlce for refugees, asylum seekers,
and newly arrived mlgrants Ilving In Luton and the surroundlng are¢lS. The servlce respond5 to complex
and urgent needs arising from language barriers, unfamlllarlty wlth UK systems, flnanclal hardshlpi
Insecure Immlgratlon status, and dlgital exclusloh.
Servlces are dellvered through regular drop-ln sesslons, one-to.one appolntments, and referrals from
partner organlzatlons. Support Includes guldance on welfare benefits, housln8 and homelessness,
councll tax, Immlgratlon-related matters, GP and scliool reglstratlon, and referrals to speclallst
servlces. RAMDA provldes a safe, culturally sensltive envlronment where cllents feel supported and
empowered.

Durln8 the year, RAMDA supported 150 ¢llents wlth advlce and Informatlon on beneflts, housing and
homelessness, councll tax, Imml8ratlon matters, and access to heatth and educatlon servlces. Many
cllents presented wlth multlple and complex needs requlrlng Intensive support.
RAMDA also re￿IVed 75 referrals from partner org8nlzatlons Includlng Citlzens Advlce Bureau, Luton
Rlghts, Luton Borough Councll, and Luton Lew Centre. Additional outputs included increased GP and
school reglstratlons, effectlve referrals to specialist agencies, and regular engagement through drop-
In sesslons.

Partnershlp worklng remalns central to RAMDA'S effectlveness. Throughout 2024-2025, RAMDA
worlied closely wlth statutory and voluntary sector partners Includlng Cltlzens Advlce Bureau, Luton
Rl8hts, Luton Borough Councll, Luton Law Centre, GP practices, schools, and communlty organlzatlons.
These partnershlps enabled effective referral pathway5, reduced dupllcatlon of servlces, and ensured
cllents wlth complex needs recelved coordlnated support. RAMDA'S trusted role wlthin the
communlty helped partners reach indlviduals facin8 barriers to malnstream servlces,

houslng shorta8es, and ongoing changes to Immlgratlon and welfare systems. Cllents often presented
