Supervisor re￿rt AGM 20th May 2026
Year September 2024 to Au8USt 20?5 -PTesent da) (May 2026)
Children on role
Sepi¢mb¢r 2024 stsrted with 10 children on role increasing quickly to 15 children by the end of July 2025. We
had 8 leavers. 7 r¢maining and ? more children due to start in September 2025.
Activities in the Setting
We like io encourage families io join us in the setting lo play or share a skill.
Lasi year, we invited parents in small groups to tie dye bags and t-shirts with iheir child. This was fun for boih ihe
children and the stsff. We will be looking ai arranging this aclivity again at the end of the Summer Term.
We also invited par¢ntd families for a stay and play ai Christmas. Several people joined us and we felt it wa5 a
very, relaxed and successful time. especially for the children.
We are aviare that parenis arc busy and it is difficuli io juggle work and lime to join u5. We lry lo offer different
days lo help with this where possible.
The children love to ir). new ihings and meei people. If you have a skill that you would like to come in and share
with us. th¢n pleas¢ Speak to one of the s￿lTand we can discuss it with you.
Trips and Outings
On the last day of the academic year we took our usual trip to knockhatch. We like lo invi1¢ our prospective
parents lo join us if they can. This year nearly all of our exisiing families came along, in¢luding a few extra
friends. We are alw8ys happy for parents to invite friends and family to join our wup, we JU￿ netd to know who
for numbers.
We met at the entrance and as last year. we were able lo s¢1 off quickly. For those ih81 wani to, we likc to m¢¢t al
lunchtime and ehat. b¢for¢ goin8 off io explore again.
It was lovely this y¢ar that ncarly everyone mel for lunch 108eiheT at the picnic benches.
I'he best part of the trip for Stsff is having willing children io give ihem th¢ excusc to go on the rides. They also
had a special moment where an owl 18nd¢d right beside ihem. Unfortunately. they were so ama7.ed no one caughi
it on Camera. Ai least they were fully in the moment and will have the lasting memory.
Hopefully ev¢ryon¢ agrees th￿ it was an enjoyable day as w¢ said good bye to vur Rising 5 children.
We arc now in ihe plannin8 51ag¢ of thi5 y¢ar's trip, which you will r￿e1Ve the letter for soon.
