TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BUCKFASTLEIGH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES  FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY THE REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.2.  TO WORK WITH (PARENTS TO BE), PARENTS AND CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF FOUR YEARS TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF BABIES AND YOUNG CHILDREN, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO ARE DISADVANTAGED, SO THAT THEY CAN FLOURISH AT HOME AND WHEN THE GET TO SCHOOL.

**Activities:** We are an inclusive asset-based community development organisation that seeks to improve the lives of people living in and around Buckfastleigh.  We work in partnership and support local people and groups to create change in our community, with collaboration and inclusion at its heart. We support the development of The Bungalow as a responsive and valued project and space for local young people.
