Vulnerable and vulnerablythou5ed people have been supported bytelephonÈ and online during a particularly drfr￿It
period in thelr lives. Ten Volunteers have provided a weekly phone Servi￿ to people who would nornially have
attended the DTDP-In, and we have been able to allow an occasional catch-up visltfrom people Suffering from
isolation. We have worked with service users to help them find trainin8 or a job. ensuringthat they do not become or

30 have achieved it. Thè rèst are in the process or have lost contact with us.
We have also made referr315 to 5tatutoryservice5 for seNice users. Including houslng, social services, drug and alcohol
services. and rnental heakh. Thes¢ referrals can take a long time and witlt Covld restrictlons it has been dlfflcult to
make contatt with them.
Volunteers have been oble to wrjrk in the Drop-ln once vaccinated. and this has been Drganlsed fDrfNe of them. In
addition. ten voljinteers have helped tosupportseNice users by phone or online.
The charity in 2020121 had el8ht active trustees.
The AGM and 'Open Evenlrrf event wa5 held online on 22 February 2021. well-attended by 5UPPOrters and
volunte•J.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
We are grateful to our donors th* sufficient funds were rdised in 2020121 to more than break even on running tosts;
as stated below. we received unexpetted and very 5ubstaMtial onfroff donation5. The Management Committee 15
Biving careful thought about how best to Use thi5 money* in expectation of Significant extra demand for our services in
future. The charity continu25 to be rèliant on ad hot contributions and regulargiving by standlng order. We wlll
continue work to promote regularglving and additional income provided by Gbft Aid.

Brateful. Financial supportfor Fatth in Action ha5 been unexpectedly strong durinE the year 2020121 when fundraising
actNity had to be limited. We continue to he 8rateful to all those donor9 who provide regular contributions. The
Lonijon Borough of Merton's Mayor Cllrjanice Howard raised an amazing £40,000 via the Mayorfs Charity, m05t
attivity having been pre-lockdown. Thejames Leek Fund raised an astonishing £43,823. One-off donations to Faith In
Attion Inot previously mentioned) amounted to £41.779 and included £20,000 from the Cappa6h Group of Companies
for whith we are verygrateful.
The AIO Project Service Level Agreement for the support of EU citTzens with the London Borough of Merton ILBMI was
renewed for a tenth Veèr. We anticlpatethat this fundin6 may no tonger be provlded post-Brexlt,. however, we Intend
to ewurewe have suffioentfunds to contlnuethe employment of this dedicared Project Worker while thls Is needed.
