**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE OBJECTS OF THE RIDING FOR THE DISABLED ASSOCIATION INCORPORATING CARRIAGE DRIVING A CHARITY REGISTERED UNDER CHARITY NUMBER 244108 ("RDA") BY PROVIDING DISABLED PEOPLE WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO RIDE AND.OR TO CARRIAGE DRIVE TO BENEFIT THEIR HEALTH AND WELL BEING IN THE WIRRAL AND CHESTER AREAS AND SUCH OTHER AREAS AS MAY BE APPROVED FROM TIME TO TIME BY RDA.

**Activities:** Providing and coordinating facilities by way of financial support and volunteer helpers assistance to enable persons with learning difficulties and/or special needs to enjoy the benefits of horse riding.
