**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN ALL ASPECTS OF FOOD AND COOKING AND THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INTO ALL ASPECTS OF THOSE SUBJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC ("THE OBJECTS"). IN THE CONTEXT OF THE TRUST AND ITS OBJECTS THE WORDS FOOD AND COOKING ARE TO BE UNDERSTOOD AND INTERPRETED IN THE WIDEST SENSE.

**Activities:** Organising an annual two day conference at an Oxford college to present and discuss papers on food and cookery.  The event is open to anyone with an interest in the broad spectrum of food studies.  The papers given at the event are published.  More details are available from the website.
