## Activities

**Objects:** The Charity’s objects (“Objects”) are for the public benefit:(a) to relieve the needs of children and young people who have been diagnosed with:i. any form of cancer, leukaemia, orii. bone marrow failure disorder, oriii. benign and low grade diagnoses which have cancer-like behaviour where there is a high burden of treatment,and their families (including bereavement support) through the provision of financial aid, services, support and in any other ways which are charitable; (b) the advancement of health by supporting, maintaining and developing specialist medical care afforded by the Paediatric Oncology Principal Centre (PTC) for Wales;(c) to advocate for, and promote and raise public awareness in matters relating to any form of cancer or leukaemia affecting children and young people in Wales in furthering the Objects at (a) and (b) above.

**Activities:** Latch is here for families affected by childhood cancer in Wales, providing bespoke emotional, practical and financial support. The charity is based at the Children&#x27;s Hospital for Wales in Cardiff. We support children with cancer and those undergoing cancer-like treatment who are under the care of the Paediatric Oncology Principal Treament Centre in Wales at the Children&#x27;s Hospital.
