PENGEGON INSTITUTE TRUST COMMUNITY HALL
Annual Report
The Trust’s business remains closed whilst renovation and repair work to the building is ongoing following the fire that occurred on 29[th] August 2020, which caused considerable damage to the building. Phase 1 has been completed which included a clearing out the interior’s fixtures and fittings, floors, etc., construction of a new roofing ring, a complete new roof, repairs to exterior/interior damaged walls. Phase 2 of the project will commence shortly which involves all of the internal work. Plans have been submitted to the local authority’s planning department and potential contractor tenders have been sent out.
