The advancement of education, the furtherance of health, the relief of poverty, distress & sickness, with particular reference to the relief of unemployment & furtherance of education. To assist organisations in their charitable work in the area of benefit, being Blakenhall & surrounding areas of Wolverhampton. We manage The Old School, Dudley Road, as a facility for local groups & activities.

Objects: The Object For Which The Company Is Established Are Within The Borough Of Wolverhampton And Particularly Within The Area Of Blakenhall. ("The Area Of Benefit"):-3.1 To Promote All Or Any Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Community Within The Area Of Benefit And In Particular The Advancement Of Education, The Furtherance Of Good Health And The Relief Of Poverty, Distress And Sickness.3.2 Without Limitation To The Generality Of The Foregoing3.2.1 Through Partnerships And Networks To Promote The Care And Support Of Those Within The Area Of Benefit With Particular Reference To The Relief Of Unemployment And The Furtherance Of Education.3.2.2 Without Limitation To The Generality Of The Foregoing To Provide Support For Organisations With Charitable Objects In Order To Assist These Organisations In Their Charitable Work.3.2.3 To Promote And Organise Co-Operation In The Advancement Of These Purposes And To Bring Together In Council Representatives Of The Voluntary Organisations, Statutory Authorities And Individuals Within The Area Of Benefit.
