The advancement of Christian learning and education through libraries & resource centres, and to promote religion and education within the diocese of Newcastle consistent with the Christian faith. Also to provide opportunities for recreation and refreshment to employees, officers & licence-holders within the diocese of Newcastle.
Objects: The Trustees Shall Hold The Trust Fund And Its Income Upon Trust To Apply Them For The Following Object ("The Object") In The Anglican Diocese Of Newcastle ("The Area Of Benefit"):-To Contribute To The Advancement Of Christian Learning And Education In Particular But Not Exclusively Through Libraries Resource Centres And Similar Institutions And By Means Of Sponsored Lectures And Research.ng That Such Groups Offer Opportunities For All Children Regardless Of Race, Culture, Religion Or Means3.2) Encouraging The Study Of The Needs Of Such Children And Their Families And Promoting Public Interest In And Recognition Of Such Needs In The Local Areas3.3) Instigating And Adhering To And Furthering The Aim Of The Pre-School Learning Alliance.
