The organisation 15 a CTharitsbl¢ Comyly lirnited by guarantee, inCor￿[￿led on 9 DecwnbEr 2(K12 ond
registered as a charity on 5 November 21XI3.
The company was e5tabli$hed by a Memorandurn of Association which estsblish¢d the obj¢¢ts and powers of
the charitable company and is 8overned under its Articles of A5￿)CialL￿n. Under these Articles, new members of
the Management Committee may be t￿PIed by existing members. newly co-opied membets MU￿ retir¢ at the
n¢xt AGM. alon8 wth on¢-third of the other member5 on a rotational basis. after which they are eligible for
appointment or re-ele¢iitsn by the member5 of the charity &$ appropriate.
The company 15 a charity which exists to support families ift the London Borough of Hillingdort. In doing so, the
charity aims to increase the well-bein8 of children by improving the exp¢ri¢n¢¢ of family lif¢ for families in the

risk of, mentsl health problems durin8 pregnancy and in the year after birth. The team of volunteers working in
thi$ project have all received e￿anCed Perinatal Mental Health Awarene55 Training wh&ch is co4leliveTed with
the Hillirt8dort Perinatsl Mental Health Team. The projeci 15 by a part-time co-ordinator. This year, our
perinatal work received high attlaim with a vislt frorn HRH the Prineess of Wale5 who wished to explore and
promote the su¢¢es$ of our model's Colla￿ratiVe ¥4x)rking. The strdnds are..

Towifield, West Drayion, Pinkwell, and the Heathrow Villages. This funded to Dec 2022 by Hcf Le8aCy

o Ch¥nese Naiional Offshore Oil Company {CN￿). ￿ have secured fvnding from CN(￿￿ io continue tts
deliver ihe HCT am) of projeci from Dec 2022 until De¢ 2023. Deliv￿ is ongoin8 in this project, and we are in
conversation wilh CN(K)C io ¢xplore th¢ possibility of multi-year funding.
o CeAtraF and North-west London NHS Trnsi (CNWL) J HonK-Start [A)nd￿ (HSL) partnership between
Home-siart Hillingdon, Th¥0 oih¢r NW London Home-starts. The Home-stsrr iA>ndon consortium and CNWL,
delivering an NHS fijnded Perinatal Merttsl Health Peer sup[￿ Model Pilot. Due io the 5uc£ess of the pilot
CNWL and Home-stsrt iA)ndon ￿ended ihe project Lllio 2022-2023, However due to fundin8 cuts in CNWL,

When an employer wirhdraws frorn a multi•¢mployer defined ben¢fit pension scheme whtch is in deficit, the

employers ore therefore. jointly and severally liable for the deficit in the Growth Plan.
The charity has been notified by The P¢nsions Tyust of th¢ emimatrd employer debt on withdrawal from the
Plan based on ihe financial position of the Plan as at 30 Sepiember 2021. As of ihis date the esiimat¢d employer
debt for the charity was £9.836.
