**benefit)**|We run training classes in obedience, agility, hoopers, flyball &
ringcraft.
50% increase in uptake over previous year in obedience/agility/
hoopers.
Weekly coffee mornings to showcase what we are about to the
general public has had mediocre success overall.
4 x Kennel Club agility shows organised totalling 12 days of com-
petitions. April show was a washout, full refunds given. June show
quiet, but lots of comments from competitors saying they preferred
it that way. August show popular as usual. October show very busy.
Fun days in April and July to showcase the club to the general pub-
lic and allow them to try out the sporting activities were reasonably
successful. In July we put on more fun dog classes spread out
through the day to keep customers here longer.
Halloween party and Christmas party well attended by members.
Food and drinks, and fun games very much appreciated by dogs
and handlers alike. End of year presentations given at Christmas
party.
Regular quiz and bingo nights with pie and peas were well atten-
ded by members.
In July we went to Picton Show near Yarm where we set up a ‘have
a go’ agility course.
We have purchased new agility equipment: adjustable see-saw,
heavy duty weaves, 5thelectronic timing set.
New maintenance equipment purchased: heavy duty strimmer &

Coffee mornings and fun days have allowed us to showcase our facilities and advise on availability of suitable training classes to members of the public who were previously unaware of our existence.
