The Friends hold regular<br>commitee meetngs, mostly half-termly and at<br>least once a term. Meetngs are atended by<br>parents and, normally, by at least one member<br>of the teaching staf. Sub-commitees are<br>formed to organise specifc events, reportng<br>back to the main commitee. All trustees give<br>their tme voluntary and received no<br>remuneraton or other benefts.|

Events include a Diwali freworks<br>night and summer fayre, school discos, tuck<br>shops, no-adults gif shops, uniform sales,<br>rafes and silent auctons. As well as achieving<br>our aims of providing facilites and equipment<br>through fund-raising, these events enhance the<br>development of staf, parent and pupil<br>relatonships. The Friends, where possible, also<br>provide refreshments and assistance at school<br>organised events. The Friends contribute to<br>school Christmas and Year 6 leaving<br>celebratons.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 August 2024. 

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out  under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
