The<br>as set out in its  Friends hold regular committee<br>governing document meetings, mostly half-termly and at<br>least once a term. Meetings are<br>attended by parents and, normally, by<br>at least one member of the teaching<br>staff. Sub-committees are formed to<br>organise specific events, reporting<br>back to the main committee. As<br>well as achieving our aims of<br>providing facilities and equipment<br>through fund-raising, these events<br>enhance the development of staff,<br>parent and pupil relationships. The<br>Friends, where possible, also provide<br>refreshments and assistance at school<br>organised events. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 August 2022. 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the **basis of report** preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out  under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
