Cloudg Pursuits Ltd carries out regular malntenanc8. bringlng In extemal contractors as required to
ensure the safety and reliability of the Centre in accordan￿ the relevant legislation and the
temis of the Centre's leage with Wokingham BOT￿ Council.
The Board continues to keep the Centr6 &tivlty under review, particulaty regarding any major risks
Ihhich may arise from ts'me to time. The major rigks Identified by this prcw8 have been mitigated to
an acceptable level by intemal control systems, an Operations Procedure manual, insurance cover
and other faGtorB a8 appropriate.
The Centre conlinues to meet its statutory obligations under UK I￿, for example SafeguardirwJ and
Data pro￿lOn i98ues.
The Centre is regl8ter&l Pa1de UK as a BrorKe Delivery Partner.
The Board Tegularly the risks assc¢iatsY ￿1th a loss of funding from any of the major
sources of income (e.g. sub under-lea5e holders). The Board ensures that the nomi81 Centre
