THE PROVISION OF RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE OCCUPATION FOR THE SAID BENEFICIARIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE
