Hebron Apostolic and Prophetic Church is Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), Registered Charity in England - Charity registration Number 1100316 (823-825 Wandsworth Rd, London SW8 3JL).

2. Our Objectives: -
The principal purpose of the Church is the advancement of the Christian faith according to the principles of the Holy Bible to preach the gospel to all nations and making believers in Lord to become disciples and it may also work to advance other charitable purposes in Eritrea, The United Kingdom or other parts of the World.
3. Trustees and their Responsibilities
Trustees have overall control of a charity and are responsible for making sure it’s doing what it was set up to do. Trustees lead the charity and decide how it is run: -

1) To ensure the charity is carrying out the purposes for which it is set up

2) That it is complying with the charity’s governing document and the law

3) Managing its resources responsibly

4) And to ensure the Charity complies with statutory accounting and reporting requirements

The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
The law applicable to charities in England and Wales requires the Trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources of the charity for that period. In preparing these financial statements, the Trustees are required to:

Select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently

Observe the methods and principles in the Charities SORP 2019 (FRS 102)

Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent

State whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements

Prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charity will continue in operation.
The Trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records that disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
In so far as the Trustees are aware: -

The Trustees have taken all steps that they ought to have taken to make themselves aware of any relevant audit information and to establish accuracy and transparency in reporting of the 2024 financial statements.

And approve that as far as they know the financial statements: -

Give a true and fair view of the state of the Company's affairs as at 31 Dec 2024 and of its profit for the year then ended

Have been properly prepared in accordance with United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice

8. Notes to the accounts for the year ended 31st of December 2024
1. Accounting Policies
A) General
The accounts are prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and the statement of recommended practice on accounting for charities.
B) Depreciation policy
Provision of Depreciation of Fixed assets of Music and office equipment held for use by the charity made annual rates, calculated to spread the cost (less anticipated residual disposal value) of each asset evenly over its expected useful life. The depreciation rate currently in use all music and office Equipment held for use by the Charity is 25% on the Reducing Balance method.

9. Audit exemption statement

For the year ending 31st of December 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
