The objects of the charity briefly is to advance the Hindu religion, advance education to the public in Hindu Saiva Culture, to provide recreational facilities and relief poverty. The trustees: The trustees during the year were: Chairman Rajasegaran Secretary Mayoran Treasurer Ambika Trustee Mrs P Thangarajah ## Activities Temple Activities: We celebrate all the festival in accordance with the Hindu Calender.The new year festival was well attended. About 120 devotees congregated just before 12.00 o clock to see the new year pooja on the 4st January 2010. The biggest festival the chariot festival saw the number of devotees increased this year from 1,200 devotees to 2,200 devotees. The temple is opened from 9am to 2 pm.it is then opened from 6pm to § pm daily.On Fridays it closes at 10pm VariousClassesIndian music classes are held and various experienced teacher are teaching Indian Musical Instruments. The classes takes place on Wednesday evenings and Saturday Mornings. In August 2008 we found a teacher who is giving free yoga classes. ## Finance The trustees are looking into various ways to increase the income by having various fund raisings.
