The trustees present their report together with the fu]ancial statements of the charity
for the year ended 31 March 2024. The tr￿Stee5 confinn that the financial statements
have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies set out on page 6 and
comply with the ¢hatity'S trust deed. the Charities Act 2011 and the Charities SORP
2005.

The Charity was founded in 2003 and is registered with the Charity Commission
under charity number 1100246. Details of the charity's trustees, the principle address
of the charity and detsils of the Charity's advisers are given on page l.

The board of trustees administer the charity. The Board me¢t regularly and the
meeting cover the strategic development and planning. fuwicial monitoring and
planning human resources.
The objects of the charity can be SUMn￿Zed as the prevention and cure of Blindness
in Pakistan. Th¢ advancement of education by provision of financial free primary and
secondary education to improvc thc litcracy rate of under privileged comrnunities to
eliminate poverty. To this end donations were being made to assist in the building of
an eye hospilal in Pakistan.

As the Charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. you consider that
an audit is not requtred for this year under section 144 (2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act)
and that an independent examination is needed.

My exarnination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity
Commission.
An examination includes a review of the accounting records kepi by the Charity and a comparison
of the accounts presented with those records. Il also includes consideration of any ullusual itetns or
disclosures in the accounts, and se¢king explanations from you as trustees concerning any such
matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in a ￿11
audit. and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.
