Achievements and Performance The Trustees consider that donations made by the Charlty substantially help to relieve poverty and advance medlcal research and assistance. Flnanclal R•¥l•w The financial posltion of the Charlty Is shown In the attached Charlty accounts. As at 31 March 2025 the reserves held amounted to £97,472. The reserves are considered adequate to fulfil Charity's objectives for the period of six months. Structure. Governan¢e and Mana8ement The Charlty Is unincorporated and Is governed by Trust Deed dated 8 Aprll 2003. The Charlty does not consider it necessary to appoint any additional Trustee5. The trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records which disclose with rcasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and cnable them to ensure that the financial stat¢m¢nts comply with Charities Act 2011. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking rcasonablc steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
