## Objectives and Activities
The Charity’s objects are: to hold the capital and income of the Trust Fund, to apply the income and all or part or parts of the capital, at such time or times and in such manner to, or for the benefit of, such exclusively charitable objects and purposes in any part of the world as the Trustees may in their discretion think fit.
The Charity in pursuing its objects made, in the year, charitable donations of £5,500. The Trustees have paid due regard to guidance issued by the Charity Commission in deciding what donations should be made.
## Achievements and Performance
The Trustees consider that donations made by the Charity substantially help to relieve poverty and advance medical research and assistance.
## Financial Review
The financial position of the Charity is shown in the attached Charity accounts. As at 31 March 2023 the reserves held amounted to £50,538. The reserves are considered adequate to fulfil Charity’s objectives for the period of six months.
## Structure, Governance and Management
The Charity is unincorporated and is governed by Trust Deed dated 8 April 2003. The Charity does not consider it necessary to appoint any additional Trustees.
The Trustees’ Report was approved on 30 October 2023.

| report to the Trustees on my examination of the accounts of the J & S Katz Charitable Trust (the Trust) for the year ended 31 March 2023.
## Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity Trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (the Act).
