I report to the Irustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity I'the Trust") for the year ended 3110812025.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examinalion of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5llb) of the Act.

come to my attention in conneclion wilh the examination which gives me

We're proud to that the Accounts forthe year ending 31
August 2025 show net income of £20.471 before donations. We
made use of grant funding again this year, which wa5 used mainly
for edui3tional trips and visttors.
Our Spring Fayre in May 2025 was our biggest event of the year
and we Manag￿ to raise slightly more than13st year. We were
pleased to involve local businesses to boost our fundraising. whilst
continuing to provide free activtties to ensure everyone could
parhcipate. The Fayre raised an incredible £4,623.
Other successful fundrnising events induded Flexible Friday. raising
£1.027, discos. raising £1.552. movie nights, raising £972, and
EIFridges. raising £954. We were also pleased to Introdu￿ the
School Lottery this year. whith has increased our regular income"
Streams.
Following the success of last yearfs adults only quiz. we held two
similar events this year, both of which were well attended. Thi5
helped to bring the school community together, whilst also raising
a toLIl of £1.193. We held our AGM at one of these events to
enable us to reach more member5.
Overall. we supported the ￿h0o1 to the tune of £18,078 this
year. which is a great achievement. Our main focu5 this year was
trips and visitors. and outdoor equipment.

The charity has a Financial Reserves Policy adopted in April 2024
and regularly reviewed. We aim to maintain unrestricted reserves
of £l.IXK). At the end of the fsnancial year, we held unrestricted
reserves of £15.745.
