TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS, PARTICULARLY THE SUDANESE INHABITANTS IN THE CITY OF BRISTOL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS, THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO RELIEVE POVERTY, ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE SAID INHABITANTS, AND PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS AND PRIMARILY THE SUDANESE INHABITANTS, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE, 2. **Activities:** SCAOB is active in the field of ofering help and advice to its members with the objective of integrating them into the wider Bristish society.It also runs social and cultural activities to facilitate educating the wider British community about Sudanese culture and folklore as well as provide entertainment and gathering opportunities to its members.
