urrentty distrlbute basic marrTage kits for these disadvantaged young
rides. This kit indudes". A suitcase. dothes. bangles, Utensils and a copy of
e Quran. This kit only costs £60-last year we help about 40 glrls.

usinesses to help themselves. UHH assist unemployed male head of
ouseholds wtth carts on vthich they can start a street vending business.
Ladies of poor families a￿ provided with se%￿ng machines allowing them to
tart a business within the horne or saving family money allowing them to
becx)me self-dependent 45 Indlvlduals with their business8S

very Ramadan UHH distributes iftar packages for more than 200 poor
amilies In remote wllages around Anand. This allows them to comfortably
ast in tha month of Ramadan without any worrias or concems with regards
o food and drink. We also provide poor children with Eid gift packages so
hey can have an enjoyable Eid with other children. Last year. UHH
naged lo distribute more than 150 Eid gift packages.
Educatlon
ducation is a vilal part of Islam and essentlat for the poor and wealthy.
ducation will enable poor children to be free from poverty and labour. Thls
ill also improve their situation for themselves and their families for a
righter and secure future. UHH help poor students by providing them with
