Meet weekly for the purpose of worshipping God, prayer, reading and studying the Word of God and fellowshipping with one another to build each other up in the Christian faith. The primary day for meeting / broadcasting weekly is on Sunday mornings during which the activities of worshipping God, prayer, reading and studying the Word of God and fellowshipping with one another are engaged on a regular basis. Supplemental meetings (in person or online) for the purposes of prayer, worship, Bible study and fellowship took place throughout the week. It is during the primary and supplemental meetings that individual and group prayer, worship, Bible study and use of the gifts and talents provided by God are taught, promoted and encouraged. It is also during the primary and supplemental meetings that the salvation message has been made known and explained.
All of the above activities have been accomplished in an adult-level context. Our Sunday School has been meeting during our 9.30 Sunday service.
Only a few volunteers were involved in the Lighthouse holiday club week in Mansfield in August.
Volunteers ran the local church office. Other work by volunteers during the year has been building alterations, serving refreshments, children’s ministry, men’s ministry and women’s Bible studies. We continued the practice of believers Baptism by full immersion. One event was held at the Church.

## Section D Achievements and performance
## **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**
We have continued with consecutive Bible teaching being shared at the Sunday morning meetings / broadcasts and at the mid-week evening meetings. The Sunday morning meeting has now become 2 events. A men’s early morning fellowship meet weekly.
The ladies’ Christmas tea was a capacity event.
We organised Carol Services over the Christmas period which again proved to be a very popular events with folks from the local community attending. There was also an online service.
We continue to support In Christ In Schools and promote the work of the charity All4Burma and support other missionaries.
We officiated at funerals of church members.
Plans for the future include:
- Review the possible use of the Alpha course for outreach
- Develop a regular event for new believers

Keeping in line with the Charity’s future plans it has a policy to hold sufficient reserves to be able to respond in a timely manner to any opportunity presented that would allow the Charity to achieve those plans. Current reserves are minimal for meeting such possible opportunities.

Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustses of Calvary Chapel. Mansfield.
I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31st March 2022.
Respective responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner
The Charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The
charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section
43(2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the 1993 Act) and that an independent examination
is needed.
It is my responsibility to..
examine the accounts under section 43 of the 1993 Act",
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the
Charity Commission under section 43(7){b> of the 1993 Act., and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent Examinerfs Report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by
the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting
records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those
records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the
accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees Conrning any such
matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be
required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts
present a 'true and fair view, and the report is limited to those matters set out in the
statement below.
