The area of benefit will now be Billy Row Village the settlements of Stanley Crook adjacent to the North East; Sunniside to the North; Roddymoor to the West and Grahamsley to the south. The boundaries of the settlements will now be the full extent of work carried out by the association.Including safety, environment, education, health and youth.

Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Billy Row And The Neighbourhood (See Aob) Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, By Associating Together The Said Inhabitants And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants 2. Establish A Community Centre 3. To Promote Such Other Charitable Purposes
