regarded as a rellable and valued provlder of support for famllles wlth young chlldren. The perl-natal
perlod, conceptlon to 2 years has such a fundamental role to play In developln8 and shapln8 chlldr•n

year of transltlon and cautlous optlmlsm, as we navl8ated the financlal Impllcatlons of the closure of
the Thrfvln8 Klrklees Partnershlp whlle malntalnln8 our commltment to supportln8 farnllles across
Klrkle•s.

statutory fundln8 decllned to £338,611 from £406357, we surxessfulty Increased 8rant and
charltable trust Income to £293.496, up from £232,297. yowth refirfts the on8oln8 dedlcatlon
of the team In securln8 new fundln8 OPPOrtunltlo desplte a challen8ln8 landscape. Notable

In the worst<ase scenarlo, any eventual dosure. In 2023-24 we bullt up a level of reserves above thls
level whlch we used to contlnue to run the Youn8 Parents, Servlce (YPS) durln8 202+25. Thls has
reduced our reserves back to arnund 23. weeks of cover.
